Chuck Brock, President
Chuck has over 42 years telecommunications sales and operations experience at AT&T, Sprint, Verizon (MCI) and BCCP Consulting. Chuck held positions as the Director for MCI's FTS2001 contract and Vice President of Sales at Sprint Government Systems and has been working on Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions and its predecessor programs (Networx, FTS2001 and FTS2000) since 1988. This includes support in the areas of Tier 2&3 Help Desk, Pricing Support, Network Services Ordering and Billing, GSA Regional Consolidated Systems Transition, Inventory Management and Cutover Monitoring. Chuck has a BA in Psychology from the University of Baltimore.
Tony Christiansen, EVP, Adminstration
Tony is an industry expert in Telecommunications operational support processes and systems. He brings to clients 26 years of experience in financial and operational process management, with specific focus on billing operations, inventory management, billing dispute management, and customer service within federal government programs. Tony is a subject matter expert (SME) currently supporting a task at the Department of Interior (DOI) within the Acquisition Services Directorate to assist DOI transition its Telephony and Conferencing services from legacy Networx, WITS and LSA contracts to the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) contract. Tony also brings to clients billing and account management experience gained as a former federal government employee. During his federal government tenure within GSA's FTS Billing Management Center, Tony was a primary contributor and author of the billing sections of the Networx Draft RFP for both the Enterprise and Universal acquisitions. Tony continuously interfaced with telecommunications leads from multiple federal Agencies as well as FTS2001 industry partners to fulfill his roles. He also assisted in recovering significant amounts of A/R from Agencies by resolving billing related issues and automating management tracking and reporting processes. In addition to his federal government experience, Tony is a former Senior Service Manager and Billing Operations Manager for MCI's/Verizon Business's FTS2001 program. As project manager, his support to the HHS Networx Program Management Office (NxPMO) resulted in a 99.5% percent completed transition of HHS' OPDIVs' FTW2001 services to Networx in just nine months. He later performed the analysis of transition credit requests from the agencies. Tony holds a PMP certification, a BA in Management, an MBA in Global Business, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance.
Bob Collet, EVP, Engineering
Bob has over 45 years telecommunications and information technology experience at Sprint, Teleglobe, AT&T Government Solutions, SAIC and BCCP. At SAIC he was a Chief Systems Engineer and the SVP for the Engineering, Training and Logistics Group, and at AT&T Government Solutions he was the CTO. Prior, he was President of Velocita Data Services and its CTO; and at Teleglobe he was Vice President and General Manager of Teleglobe's global data services business, engineering and operations. He founded Sprint's Internet and Managed Data Services businesses, and he was Manager of Sales Engineering for Sprint Government Systems Division including its FTS2000 operations. Bob is currently supporting DHS' transition from Networx to EIS. For the DHS EIS and HHS Networx Program Management Office (NxPMO) he is supported contract management, quality management, systems engineering and strategic planning. Previously, he supported HHS' Networx fair opportunity from requirements management through to award. Bob is a project management professional, six sigma black belt, certified systems engineer and enterprise architect, certified UML practitioner at the advance level (highest), and he is a certified professional contracts manager. He has a BSEE from the University of Massachusetts, MSEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from American University.
Ken Palmer, EVP, Business Operations
Ken is a recognized expert in Telecommunications Operational Support and Systems. He leverages more than 28 years of telecommunications service and management of programs for major corporate and governmental agencies. Ken has assisted agencies in developing and executing solutions in billing, ordering, inventory, trouble ticketing, training, and customer service utilizing the telecommunication’s experience gained at Verizon (MCI), Qwest, and BCCP Consulting. Ken is a former Senior Billing Manager for MCI's FTS2001 program, Senior Operations Support System Manager, and Program Director at Qwest for the Networx contract. Ken is currently leading tasks at GSA within the Transition Coordination Center (TCC) to compile agencies' transition inventories for Networx, WITS and LSA contracts. Ken was the Program Manager supporting establishment of the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Interior (DOI), and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) inventories for the planning and execution of their transition from FTS2001 to Networx. Ken holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
