Transition Planning Support
- Engage with GSA for contract modifications
- Possess detailed knowledge of EIS contract and legacy (GSA) contracts
- Determine fair and reasonableness of pricing for contract mods
- Possess detailed knowledge of EIS pricing and legacy contract pricing
- Provide inventory compilation
- Conduct data processing via SQL or other processing software tool
- Direct knowledge and use of:

Transition Execution Support

- Review EIS Contractor’s site survey report and cutover plan including roll-back contingencies
- Evaluate EIS Contractor’s facility plans, including inside wiring for accommodation of special requirements, e.g., route diversity
- Provide administrative and technical support during cutover, whether flash cut or with parallel operations, through to SOCN
- Track SLA performance during parallel operations, document cutover results and report
- Document government delays, contractor delays, and force majeure events
- Evaluate EIS Contractor’s cutover documentation deliverables
Post Transition Execution
- Confirm cutover in agency’s B/OSS or TEMS, and GSA Conexus for correct AHCs, ASRN, CLIN and TUCs
- Support placement of legacy disconnect orders, track disconnects, validate removal from agency’s B/OSS or TEMS, GSA EMORRIS, TOPS, legacy contractor systems/portals, and billing
- Compare and reconcile between EIS orders/inventory and legacy disconnects
- Assure and reconcile disconnects to GSA Transition progress reporting
- Validate billing and adjustments, submit inquiries and disputes, track and validate receipt of credits
Cutover Support – Special
- Contact Centers and Data Centers/Cloud
- Technology and transformational changes, e.g., CSVS to IPVS
- CSDS-Based Video network with unique dial-plans and gateways

- Assist with cutover from GSA PBX systems to agency-selected service
