Transition Execution Support to prime contractor
- Preparing service orders utilizing agency sources, validated contractor data, and All Agency Inventory (AAI)
- Assuring correct AHCs, ASRN, NSCs, CLINs, and TUCs

- Evaluating EIS Contractor’s facility plans, including inside wiring for accommodation of special requirements, e.g., route diversity
- Providing administrative and technical support during cutover, whether flash cut or with parallel operations, through to SOCN
- Tracking SLA performance during parallel operations, document cutover results and report
- Documenting government delays, contractor delays, and force majeure events
- Evaluating EIS Contractor’s cutover documentation deliverables
Post Transition Execution
- Confirming cutover in agency’s B/OSS or TEMS, and GSA Conexus for correct AHCs, ASRN, CLIN and TUCs
- Supporting placement of legacy disconnect orders, track disconnects, validate removal from agency’s B/OSS or TEMS, GSA EMORRIS, TOPS, legacy contractor systems/portals, and billing
- Comparing and reconciling between EIS orders/inventory and legacy disconnects
- Assuring and reconciling disconnects to GSA Transition progress reporting
- Validating billing and adjustments, submitting inquiries and disputes, tracking and validating receipt of credits
Cutover Support – Special to prime contractor
- Contact Centers and Data Centers/Cloud
- Technology and transformational changes, e.g., CSVS to IPVS
- CSDS-Based Video network with unique dial-plans and gateways
- Full Service
- Assist with cutover from GSA PBX systems to agency-selected service
