Business Operations Support (as a subcontractor)

Business Operations includes managing inventory, validating and verifying billing, and supporting the resolution of billing disputes.  Resolution of billing disputes includes developing an SQL-based platform for task assignments, workflow management, and analytics.  For Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions we have developed government-wide inventories for legacy Networx, WITS and Local Services, and for EIS.

Contract Management includes support for acquiistion planning, solicitation development and evaluation, contract negotiations, contract modification, and contract performance management.
